Early January. Information about all of the sessions for Summer 2012 will be posted on this website. If you have not enrolled a child in camp before, and are interested in receiving an email reminder from us when that information becomes available, please sign on to our Mailing List by clicking here.
March 1. Returning families have until this date to return their applications. After we accommodate returning families, we begin filling our spots with new campers. We accept applications of new campers on a first-come, first served basis, according to the dates their applications are received in our office.
March 15. If you have sent in a registration and for any reason we cannot accommodate your request, we will contact you by March 15 or, if you apply later, when we receive your application.
May 15. The balance of your tuition is due by this date. Any camper whose balance is not paid by May 15 will lose his or her place in camp as well as the reservation deposit. (If you enroll after May 15, your entire balance is due with the application.)
If you need to withdraw your child’s application, you may do so before May 15th without losing your entire reservation deposit.
June 1. If you are going to take advantage of our vacation/makeup option, you must let us know of your plans by this date. The vacation/makeup form is available here.
June 10. Open House at our campsite, 3697 N. Fair Oaks, Altadena provides new camp families an opportunity to tour our facilities and meet our counselors. SK-PreK’s Open House runs from 11 a.m. to noon, other programs from 12 noon to 3 p.m. We welcome returning families as well, who often drop in just to say hello!
June 11. “Pre-Camp” begins on this date, for the Summerkids program.
June 18, 2012. The first “official” day of camp for our 2011 season. Summerkids, Summer Challenge and SK-PreK start on this date. No refunds will be given for any reason after the opening of camp.
Wednesday, July 4. This is a camp holiday.
These dates and deadlines apply to Summerkids, SK-PreK and Summer Challenge unless noted.
