A 1,200 square-foot, organic garden serves as a centerpiece of our campsite and an important part of all of our camp programs. 

Each season, we plant our garden with an array of fruits and vegetables--some familiar (tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries and more) and some a little more adventurous (pomegranate, tomatillos, shies, and squashes of all shapes and sizes).

Campers of all ages, from all three programs, get regular opportunities to "work" in the garden (often watering, weeding and picking--and sometimes planting). And then the best part--we cook what we've collected into recipes in the camp kitchen!
